1. General Terms

1.1. OlympusKidz School reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated through our official channels and will take immediate effect unless stated otherwise. 1.2. Admission to the school is subject to the policies, rules, and regulations outlined by the administration.

2. Admission and Enrollment

2.1. Admission is based on the completion and submission of all required forms and documentation, including proof of identity, prior academic records, and any other documents requested by the school. 2.2. Admission fees and other charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

3. Fee Structure

3.1. All fees, including tuition, activity fees, and other charges, must be paid on or before the due date specified by the school. 3.2. Late payments will attract penalties as determined by the administration. 3.3. No refunds will be issued for absences, withdrawal, or expulsion from the school unless explicitly stated in the refund policy.

4. Code of Conduct

4.1. Students, parents, and guardians are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward staff, teachers, and other students. 4.2. Bullying, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Such actions may lead to disciplinary measures, including suspension or expulsion. 4.3. Parents are responsible for ensuring their child follows the school’s code of conduct and policies.

5. Attendance

5.1. Regular attendance is mandatory. Parents must inform the school in advance if their child will be absent. 5.2. Excessive absenteeism without valid justification may result in disciplinary action or withdrawal of the student from the school.

6. Health and Safety

6.1. Parents must disclose any medical conditions or special requirements that their child may have at the time of enrollment. 6.2. The school will take reasonable measures to ensure the safety and well-being of students but is not liable for accidents or injuries resulting from unforeseeable circumstances.

7. Use of Facilities

7.1. Students are expected to use school facilities responsibly. Damage to property caused by negligence or misconduct will be charged to the responsible student’s family. 7.2. The school premises and resources are for educational purposes only and may not be used for unauthorized activities
